- Workstations & Deployments
Help choosing and setting up business computers, moving user profiles, installing approved software, and configuring security.
- Microsoft 365 Migrations
Set up Microsoft 365 and your domain, move mailboxes, and configure accounts and MFA. We’ll plan the switch and any follow-up with you.
- Network & Wi-Fi Refreshes
Replace or reconfigure firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and VLANs, with installation planning, testing, and network records.
- Servers & Virtualization
Set up or replace servers, work on Hyper-V and virtual machines, and plan migrations with a recovery approach agreed beforehand.
- Backup & Continuity
Backup setup and restore tests, battery backups (UPS), backup internet connections, and other ways to reduce downtime.
- Assessments & Improvement Plans
Review the systems we agree on, write up the findings, and help you decide what needs attention first.
The Project Process
From the first conversation to the final check.
Your quote lists the work, equipment and licenses, your responsibilities, payment milestones, and schedule. Hardware costs are the only required deposit and are paid before work begins. We’ll discuss downtime, access, and follow-up before making changes.
Schedule & Complete
We’ll arrange access and a time, complete the work, and test the result.
Walk Through the Changes
We’ll provide the agreed records and walk you through the changes. Monitoring, maintenance, or future work can be arranged separately.

On-site visits are by appointment. Other weekend project times can be arranged in advance.
RidgeManage includes 24/7 NOC monitoring. Routine support follows our published hours. Outside-hours help depends on availability and an agreed rate.
